CONTROL AND DOSING OF BATHS
We offer our customers a product dosing device, both acid and alkaline in nature, which allows them to automatically control the conditions of the baths in an extremely precise way. Through this dosing device we are able to maintain the optimum degreasing and phosphating conditions of the baths, ensuring to keep these conditions constant and achieving a uniform and quality production.
MISTING/NEBULIZATION SYSTEM
Misting/Nebulization systems are instruments inspired by technological innovations for the pre-treatment of metallic surfaces. It is a leading-edge system which is perfectly able to combine the principles of effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability with nanotechnological products.
They offer a valid alternative to the traditional converters, by fully respecting the environment. This technology also allows for application flexibility which guarantees the maximum effectiveness of the treatment.
Preparing the nanotechnological solution is automatic and it is kept constant throughout the process, with the advantage not only of guaranteeing the right concentration but also of obtaining the maximum potential of the product as if it was manufactured in a laboratory without uncontrolled oscillations.
